The Broad Street Bakery & Cafe Story

Broad Street Bakery is a family owned business, founded in 1994 by Jackie & Steve Grasso. Starting as strictly a retail operation, we quickly expanded by request to meet the wholesale needs of some of the finest restuarants in the area. Broad Street Bakery & Cafe supplied every US Open at Pinehurst and Pine Needles since 1999 through the 2007 US Womens Open with freshly baked products including Pastries, Bagels, Breads, Rolls and much more. We supplied Payne Stewart with a cake following his win at Pinehurst in 1999. Our lunch menu items are named for our children and other important people in our lives.

We begin serving breakfast at 7:00 am, Monday through Saturday, pastries, bagels, breads and breakfast sandwiches. Lunch service begins at 11:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm. The store closes at 4:00 pm (on Saturday's at 3:00 pm). We invite you to visit our store and enjoy our products!
